- Identification of the infringing material, including specific details (e.g., a URL or screenshot) to help us locate it on our Services.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

- Notify the user who posted the content, if applicable, to inform them of the removal and provide them an opportunity to respond (see Section 3).
- Take further action, such as terminating the accounts of repeat infringers, in accordance with our policies and applicable laws.
We act in good faith to address infringement claims promptly while balancing the rights of all parties involved.
3. Counter-Notifications
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentified as infringing, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, including its location on the Services.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., “Delaware”], and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.

5. Misrepresentation Warning
Submitting a false or misleading takedown notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability. Ensure all statements are accurate and made in good faith. SportsOrca may take action, including account suspension, against users who abuse this process.
