New Orleans Saints Defensive End Chase Young had revealed his favorite team as the Philadelphia Eagles when he was a high school student. In the same 2016 interview, he predicted the Eagles team would win the Super Bowl too.

During the interview, the interviewer, Bri Lewerke, asked Chase Young, “And who is going to win the Super Bowl? To which he answered with just one team in mind: The Eagles. Bri followed by asking if that’s his favorite team. And Chase couldn’t stop blushing and nodding to tell how much he adored the Philadelphia Eagles team.
Although this was an old interview, we can see how Chase manifested his dream team. Tim McManus suggested the Eagles hire Chase next season. This suggestion backfired on social media as the Eagles fans trolled Chase Young and Tim McManus.
By judging Chase’s performance, the Eagles fans judged him as lazy. Some fans argued he doesn’t play to the whistle and is not as good as he should be at the defense line. And for Tim McManus, the fans ridiculed him by calling him an idiot and the worst reporter in the country.
Chase Young Is Not The Only One Rooting For The Eagles
Cincinnati Bengals Wide Receiver Ja’Marr Chase supported the Eagles team in the Super Bowl LIX. In an interview before the Eagles won the NFL 2025, he predicted the Philadelphia Eagles win.
Ja’Marr also added that he is not a KC fan. And this got him into social media trolling. The Kansas City Chiefs fan responded by calling him a sore loser and reminding him that he needs to make more wins to say something like that against a two-time Super Bowl-winning team.
